  • 10 pushups
  • 30 second plank
  • 10 lunges
  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 10 hip raises Do this for a month or so then go to that one website and get another routine and do that for a month.

Whats going to be the goal for this project is a month of activity, starting on the lets say fifteenth.
