notes

Really what I want is to create a place where practitioners of esoteric religions and magical traditions and philosophies can gather, share knowledge, learn from each other, talk about things that are important to us. We could be from any esoteric religion but we’re also friendly for followers of exoteric religions, or no religion at all. Basically anyone that’s interested in the arcane, esoteric, magic, philosophy, and religion would be welcome.

At the Temple of the White Lotus, we are dedicated to cultivating a sacred space where seekers of spiritual truth can find guidance, community, and enlightenment. Through an inclusive framework rooted in esoteric wisdom and eclectic traditions, we aim to inspire individuals to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, embracing the interconnectedness of all beings and the mysteries of the universe. Our mission is to foster a vibrant community that honors diversity, promotes spiritual growth, and serves as a beacon of light in the quest for higher consciousness.

the seven essentials

I saw someone on fedi a while back that was saying that seven things should be free for anyone in the world. I completely almost to every point agreed with the list, I think they’re all super obvious and important but YMMV. Anyway the list as I remember it was as follows:

  1. Food
  2. Clean water
  3. Shelter
  4. Clothing
  5. Internet access
  6. Health Care
  7. Housing
just some blabbing lol

I think bout religion a lot you know. I have a lot of weird ideas about the world and existence and the nature of the universe and god and gods and the supernatural and whatever. I’ve been tryin to organize it in my head for basically my whole life. Whenever I would start to or get an idea about writing a book I would always want it to be about the most profound whatever and blow someone’s mind with it, right? That’s always been the goal.

Every time I sit down to write something or make some art or music that’s what I’m trying to do, put down in words or sounds or something what I feel when I look at the aurora or have an incredible orgasm or see something profound on mushrooms or acid or weed. Or think about the heat death of the universe or the dimensions of it through time and the path of the light of distant stars traveling to our eyes and instruments for all those years since the beginning of everything.
