- just find something to clean and do it thoroughly
- pick up things, straighten, make bed
- do dishes, fold laundry, walk dogs, make foods
- exercise
- walk a lot
- Do body weight training
- Stances and fight training
- Pushups
- Get enough sleep
- turn off screens at least 30 minutes before you want to fall asleep
- no caffeine after noon
two or three times a week:
- bathe
- take a shower, or a bath
- shave, trim hairs
- Clip finger and toenails
once a week:
- chanting
- Burn incense
- practice your religion
