every day:

  • hygiene
    • brush teeth

    • meditate: counting breaths is a good one to master
    • read sutras or other religious texts
    • reflect on some gratitude
  • housework
    • just find something to clean and do it thoroughly
    • pick up things, straighten, make bed
    • do dishes, fold laundry, walk dogs, make foods
  • exercise
    • walk a lot
    • Do body weight training
    • Stances and fight training
    • Pushups
  • Get enough sleep
    • turn off screens at least 30 minutes before you want to fall asleep
    • no caffeine after noon

two or three times a week:

  • bathe
    • take a shower, or a bath
    • shave, trim hairs
    • Clip finger and toenails

once a week:

  • chanting
  • Burn incense
  • practice your religion
