The Gods Themselves

I found this copy of The Gods Themselves by Isaac Asimov at a garage sale near our house I want to say last summer, but it may have been two summers ago when we first moved in here.  How time flies. That particular garage sale was run by a nice old lady who had a very impressive sci-fi collection.  I came away with at least three books, I think there might have been more.

This book was an excellent take on the familiar Asimovian theme of the politics of doing Real Science, the same kind of stuff there is in for example Nightfall.  Also there are some neat non-humanoid aliens, which is always good to see.
I love this cover, with that font and the eye-hurting color offset.
