A Field Guide to the Stars and Planets

I like attractive endpapers, but these endpapers are not only nice looking but functional too. They’re starmaps, the northern hemisphere in the front (pictured here) and the southern hemisphere in the back. The book is A Field Guide to the Stars and Planets by Donald Menzel, published in 1964. We found this in the depths of John King Books in Detroit, largest source of used and rare books in Michigan according to their site, and I believe it. That place is amazing.
