This little snippet is a continuation of a thread I did on Ficlets.com that I kind of meant to be sort of a post-singularity livejournal or similar personal blog.

I seem to have acquired an unfortunate amount of inertia in regards to writing fiction. Time spent away from the keyboard doing various Important things has gotten me out of the habit of writing.
While searching for advice on the several internets on how to combat writers block, I came across someone that said that, and I paraphrase here, “Writer’s block is the belief that what you are writing is complete shit. The cure for this is to give yourself permission to write shit. More shit to follow very soon.
